Still have this irrational belief that studying footpaws and trying to recreate them in lineart is good for me. Can't help it at this point anyway.

I tried to show additional dimensionality and detail with overall thicker lines. Hope it looks good =3

Sort of a companion piece to the last one I finished, with a more painterly background this time. This was finished across a number of days and I may have lost some of my focus but as always, I hope it can be enjoyed anyway :)

Managed to finish detailing this one all the way through. Went a bit bonkers with the background but, as with the lineart, it's meant to represent my feelings and why I do this at all. Not that I'm always so sure about that, heh. Lotta weird feelings :x

This is based off a digital painting (based on myself) given to me as a gift many years ago. I've wondered over time how my footpaws would look with strong lines, emphasis on my favorite details, and a few anatomical tweaks, so I redrew them.

My dream is that I'll be able to sustain myself doing something that won't wreck my body or my mind. Like, say, with my art. I have absolutely no idea if that's viable, realistic, or even possible anymore. Problem is, I don't really have choices. If I can't find something like that, I'm screwed.

Somehow, this turned into my most detailed drawing and it took me ~10 hours to finish. And yeah, it's that pose again. Every little variation is so much fun to render, I guess I just get carried away...
