I managed to make my way to the Hangzhou Gundam Base.
It's funny my first Base experience is this instead of London, but boy I don't think I've ever had so much fun going through the shelves in a store.

The difference between an ID card and a passport/driving licence is that those things are not mandatory for everyone if they don’t want to learn to drive or travel overseas - they are physical documents, held by the owner, not digital state spyware devices squatting in our phones

Finally getting a PC that could run (recent-ish) games in the middle of a Summer Sale felt so incredibly freeing.
No, I basically never seriously played any of these games since. Back then it was either FighterZ or Slay The Spire (both of which were bought outside steam)

I've now seen Superman twice and I'm certain there's a cut of the movie out there where the somber guitar pieces are American Football tracks and it fits so well because he's literally from the Midwest
