I ended up uninstalling Bluesky like a month ago because I figured out it was specifically triggering a lot of my neurotic tendencies. I won't get specific but I'm aware people who have hurt me badly are active here and, even with them blocked, I still can't engage without eventually spiraling.

If you buy an expensive disability aid, I'm begging you to read the instructions and not just assume because it's two size thumb screws and self explanatory. That's how you end up putting a hole through a $40 shower chair.
I'm gonna take a lighter to the plastic to melt it back down hopefully...

I haven't drawn in over a month now besides a like half conceived pose sketch. Getting back into it after flares is rough, but apparently I was feeling lesbian dragons last night as my first attempt.

Aaaah I'm sorry I haven't been around. I am incredibly medically burnt out and I won't be getting a break until September, though it's slowed down some at this point. My new pcp isn't sure where to send me for an enzyme deficiency so he has to do some digging and get back to me.

Me who just made this this morning because frozen concentrate is roughly half the price of regular orange juice and I'm frugal.

I ended up switching the flags because I think it's more powerful to have the lovewins flag outside right now, but eeeee. My little house makes me so happy. It did take me a couple hours to clean that siding though. I think the previous tenants used a grill on the porch.

Oh lmao. Me putting together that an enzyme deficiency that affects steroid metabolization ALSO means I don't metabolize my own cortisol properly, so the hypercortisol reading was real, just normal production in a body that doesn't break it down well. So I also have to keep up with stress reduction.

My doctor a few hours later: "So enzyme deficiency then."

I am done crashing out about my health now. It looks like my cortisol is functioning fine and the high cortisol read we did catch could have just been from stress. I thought I had waited long enough to settle from moving, but perhaps not.

When I was a wee child (5-7), a homeless man in the woods told me and my friend where they store Santa's house for the summer. We went 5 miles into the woods to find it. It was on a construction site! We also got in trouble.
