Hey, if you struggle with self-image/body issues like I do, saying out loud “Aging is a privilege that not everyone gets to have” helps me recenter myself and releases those negative thought gremlins when I hate what I see in the mirror.

The Target across the way from us is inside a shopping center. When I've walked by each weekend, there have been older black folks handing out pamphlets and flyers to people with this messaging, which is also plastered around the neighborhood.
