Actor Demond Wilson has passed away. He was 79. He was best known for his role as Lamont Sanford on the TV series Sanford and Son. I used to watch reruns on WFLD-TV (Channel 32) in Chicago in the late 1970s. That show was hilarious and still is! R.I.P.

Terry Boers, the former co-host of the Boers & Bernstein radio talk show on 670 The Score in Chicago, has passed away. He was 75. My brother met him briefly when he was in college, while Terry Boers was working at the Chicago Sun-Times. He will be missed. R.I.P.
