The world is on fire, but change first happens with us. Focus on what you can control and what you can do to help. It doesn't have to be big. It can be as simple as helping out a neighbor or complimenting someone at the store. 💜

Got this from a video, but the idea is that you only allow yourself to miss doing a habit once. So if your goal is to workout everyday and you forget to do it today, well, don't miss twice! Go on that run tomorrow.
