I'd rec any High Grade kit to get a feel for them! There are thousands of kits out there! All readily accessible as well!
Most HGs vary from 20-30 bucks, with MGs and RGs being around 70-100+!
All you need are some nippers and maybe a file but for HG its pretty standard!

Difficulty can vary between kits! The Sazabi is a larger kit, so I'd say they are easier than a normal Gundam look like Strike Freedom, just because the pieces are bigger!
My ver. ka master grade is massive~ but the Real-Grade has crazy articulation due to an inner frame :D
