Every year I see several of my students making HUGE efforts to attend lecture and university events, commuting long distance at least 4 days a week. It is so unfair to anyone in this situation

No one likes to live in arrangements like this, but vulnerable tenants are often unaware of their rights and lack of options so they are easily coerced into stressful and precarious situations.
