I believe that
Donald is not in control, He is a "front man", a facade to cover the fascist capitalist insurrection that is propagated and funded by the richest 1%. Tax breaks for the ultra rich is so destructive and destabilizing. They only use the money to corrupt the government that is supposed to control them.
