Hell Nobles are Tier 3, Maximii are Tier 4, but they have identical costs. It’s reasonable to assume that fully upgraded Hell Nobles would be facing down base Maximii, timing wise. As you can see, those upgrades matter!🧵

UZDoom 4.14.3 RC2 has been released! This is a small bugfix release, with the most significant fix being a fix for GZDoom configuration files not importing correctly. Note: macOS (ARM) builds are still being investigated.

Added a rough version of the Rook boss into Fury's Sky: Vagabond! This enemy unleashes powerful explosive attacks when struck while in a guarding stance. This, coupled with its spread attacks, make it a tough foe to take down.

I have created a transparent status bar replacement for UZDoom. Even the automap is transparent! It works with Doom, Freedoom, Chex Quest, and Adventures of Square.
If you are playing a supported Doom mapset, different status bar gfx will automatically load, like for BTSX.

I'm happy to announce that MeenTC is fully compatible with UZDoom's first release! The cutscenes, gameplay, and scroll editing modes are all working.

Furthermore, all updates to MeenTC going forward will target UZDoom.

I'm (very, very slowly) making a standalone game that relies quite strongly on ZScript, and I can confirm that so far it works flawlessly with UZDoom, from launch to intro to gameplay. So yeah, might as well just migrate the entire project.

(Pre-alpha, everything is subject to change etc. etc.)
