Today marks ~7 years since the death of Muhemmed Salih (shahit.biz/eng/256/), a famous religious scholar who was detained in December 2017, despite being over 80 years old.

He died at the No. 1 detention center in Urumqi a month later.

According to the website this is a tax receipt of a farmer tilling the field from the East Turkistan Republic, 1948. But the words say "Ajizlarni qamdash we milliy sana'itimizge yardemlishish üchün keng dairilik ötküzülidighan bexit sinash béliti". So maybe a raffle ticket?
