So, WFM guy here, I crunch call center numbers all day and advise management on performance and staffing requirements. Here are some concrete goals to keep in mind with any sort of calling campaign: 🧵

Kill Bill looks like a pile of crud if you are passingly familiar with ANY of the art it's "paying homage" to
I'll contend Pulp Fiction blended its influences into a new alloy, somehow wholly new BECAUSE of its derivations, but Kill Bill just lands like petty theft

It’s unfair that it’s so saddled with Tarantino now? SO much of its grammar was so immediately familiar to me (I used to swear by Kill Bill), and it’s an eye-opening reward to find a much richer film further back than the gleeful exploitation and pastiche. A triumph of its class and movie language.
