I jumped from Xfinity to AT&T Fiber as soon as I found out that fiber was now in my neighborhood. For about the same price, I could get symmetrical upload speeds and a dedicated line. I mean, why not?

Back in the day, I liked Hot ‘n Now because it was cheap fast food. I saw the prices the new Hot ‘n Now is charging and it is more expensive than McDonald’s. I don’t think running on nostalgia is a sustainable business strategy.

Installed Apple’s new OSs for Mac and iPhone. Glass looks great. I really prefer launchpad to get to my apps, however. What I have now is a junk drawer. It’s all in alphabetical order and in tidy rows and groups but it may as well be chaotic.

I dreamt that I stole someone’s car and drive it to work so I could clean it. When I was mostly done, I went inside for something but when I came out, the car was gone. Presumably the owner tracked it down and retrieved it. Unbelievable. That I would steal a car—much less clean it!

The "modern" siding continues to come down. When I moved Niles in the early 90s, metal siding covered most of these beautiful facades. My wish is that more small businesses would occupy these spaces.
