Following the opening of the peace talks in Saudi between Ukraine & Russia & Putin’s obviously deliberate grossly impractical red lines, the best thing the US could do is go back to funding Ukraine, providing intelligence & let Russia burn itself out.
On the quiet, that point is not that far away.
