Rep. Stephen Lynch: "It offers a great contrast. Look what the British government is doing in light of the evidence, and look what the US government is doing. Nothing. Our chief law enforcement officer Pam Bondi is defending and obstructing the investigation."

And the city council meeting last night, someone who "works in AI" told the room that if they don't embrace this technology, they are going to be left behind… And I'm sure there's no conflict of interest at all with that statement

So many ppl are excited about solar 😍. This is a great photo essay on “Solar Hockey Stick of hope”, and countries breaking free of oil and gas dependence.

IF your country's media is telling you about AI boom but not the renewables global boom, then consider why...

here was a luncheon today ($70 a plate!) if you wanted to hear from the data center people what the plans are. Wouldn't you know we're just blowing this out of proportion? If we've heard anything negative about data centers it's just not true!

When I read Carter's _Silent Spring_ in grad school I was glad that we weren't going to have to deal with that again. But surprise! We are. RIGHT NOW there's an attempt to overturn EPA protections. You can leave a public comment, but today is the LAST DAY!

Normally I wouldn't skeet with this level of identifying info about my hostel mates, but I am currently being kept awake by his horror at the possibility that a field mouse is going to climb into his bed in the middle of the night and birth 600 babies on his face like a mutant spider
