Hegseth ain't just throwing someone under the bus, he's holding that motherfucker down and waiting to move until the last second lmao.
Hegseth: "I watched that first strike live. As you can image at the Dept of War, we've got a lot of things to do. So I didn't stick around for the hour to 2 hours, whatever, where all the sensitive sight exploitation digitally occurs. I moved on to my next meeting. A couple hours later I learned..."

Shaheen on Fox & Friends: "I believe there are number of Republicans who are gonna join us in trying to address healthcare costs ... we are gonna be able to continue to right about healthcare because we're gonna have a vote in December."

Because the GOP openly and enthusiastically embraces an autocratic president. But the average american has the thinking capacity of a toddler and we get what we deserve.
Shaheen: "When I talk to my constituents in New Hampshire, you know what they say to me? They say, 'Why can't you all just work together to address the problems that are facing this country?'"

Looks like Resident Evil 9 is taking some inspiration from Amnesia: The Bunker 😉
I am super excited!

It feels like CNN is becoming more and more like satire. There were no concessions from China guys lmfao

John Fetterman’s Struggle
The senator insists he is in good health. But staffers past and present say they no longer recognize the man they once knew.

If you're an establishment Democrat, you need to realize the Democratic party is polling worse than Trump. Fighting and being confrontational would do good for the party and yourself. Otherwise, be prepared to lose your seat.

I will move to a different country.
Lutnick: "It's time to train people not to do the jobs of the past, but to do the great jobs of the future. This is the new model where you work in these kinds of plants for the rest of your life and your kids work here and your grandkids work here. We let the auto plants go overseas."

This is definitely the checks and balances the founders intended!
BLITZER: Do Republican need to reconsider their lockstep support for Trump's agenda?

LANKFORD: There's 2 ways to do check and balances. One is to do press conferences, and the other one is to go privately to people. You'll find a lot of Republicans go to administration officials behind the scenes.

I don't think people who platform Houthi terrorists, and said Kamala and Trump are the same, are good. I think they're the root of the problem in this country. People given big microphones even though they're bigger dipshits.
I’m glad the New York Times profiled ⁦‪Hasan Piker,‬⁩ but calling his use of the word genocide to describe Gaza ‘extreme’ is insane. Some of Israel’s top Holocaust scholars are calling it a genocide as are Amnesty & Human Rights Watch. Absurd from NYT.

Hasan Piker: A Progressive Mind in a MAGA Body
Hasan Piker pumps iron, likes weapons and wears pearls. His brand of masculinity has won him many fans online — and has been a useful vehicle for his politics.

You can't really hold truth to power if you just let people ramble and lie on your television programs by the way.
RADDATZ: Trump said he's made 200 deals on tariffs. 200 deals? Who has he made deals with? Is there actually any deal at this point?

BESSENT: I believe that he is referring to subdeals within the negotiations we are doing

Marathon has many problems (made for trios, barter endgame loop, visuals are lacking outdoors, to name a few). The biggest one is the $40 price tag, which will probably include a battle pass, skins, etc. I don't see the vision or content that would justify that sort of investment from a player.

Still blows my mind that nobody remembers who the President of the United States was during COVID.

Yeah, Trump is definitely going to try and remove Powell after today.

I had been doubtful that we were going to have a "this is the crisis moment" with Trump, as opposed to "everything about this is a destructive catastrophe."

But the Abrego Garcia case is the crisis moment.

Democrats that can't even perform the basic act of resistance must be thrown out of the party. It wasn't just malpractice, it was also stupidity, and we cannot have that in the party.
Whitmer was in the room with Trump as he signed an EO to investigate numerous political foes and repeatedly claimed the 2020 election was rigged. Her presence there was complete malpractice.

We live in a media environment where whatever grabs someone's attention drives reactions now. People aren't thinking, they're just accepting the slop that is shoved on their phones, and Trump is good at maintaining attention and dishing out slop.
Unless I'm misunderstanding Trump's post, we still have 10 percent across the board tariffs and are in the midst of a trade war with China.

That's not a good scenario for the US economy. Why is everyone acting like Trump just turned into Adam Smith?

Hey y'all, Donald Trump is a idiotic buffoon, you all can stop pretending he's a smart guy now, thanks.
Trump: "I spoke to a lot of leaders -- European, Asian, from all over the world. They are dying to make a deal, but I said 'we're not gonna have deficits with your country' ... to me a deficit is a loss. We're gonna have surpluses or at worst we're gonna be breaking even."

It's true. Come to terms with it and fight back. The republican party is not a party of democratic ideals, its a party of autocratic ideals.
Murphy: "The vast majority of Republicans, their number one priority is Trump seizing power, and the Trump family and the MAGA universe holding power forever ... with the exception of maybe 20 Republicans in the Senate, the GOP inside Congress is done with democracy."

Well, it was nice having Jerome Powell as Chairman of the Fed, Trump will fire him.

We cannot accept an America that rewards those who assault and destroy the Capitol in service of the president, and then expels others for expressing their First Amendment rights, all because they disagree with the president.
We should all be terrified to live in an America where legal residents can be detained, held at gunpoint, or deported because of the color of their skin or because the President disagrees with their views.
