Emily and the rest of the Caroline Co-operative team did an incredible job! We are happy to have played a very small part by sharing our experiences and reviewing plans.

The Caroline Co-operative will definitely be a model for other tenant communities across Ontario!

"There are plans for studio apartments all the way to four-bedroom townhouse units. There are plans for outdoor patios, plazas, gardens, parks and bicycle trails as well as ground-floor commercial space and possibly a daycare. Two parking garages are proposed."

EXCITING NEWS! A new City of Waterloo staff report recommends that Council identify BUILD NOW as the preferred proponents for the development of 1,000 affordable and attainable homes - including ownership & rental homes.

As a member of BUILD NOW, Union Co-operative is very excited!
