Possible changes for #REF2029??

* Contribution to Knowledge & Understanding may rise to 55% weighting
* PCE element likely to see reduced weighting
* Impact case studies expected to return to 2021-style format
* A new 4★+ rating for outputs is under consideration
Big news for the REF today: @chrisjparr.bsky.social reveals that the People, Culture and Environment weighting is set to be scaled back.

The REF team is also considering a new ‘4-star plus’ rating to reflect the “increasing quality of research”.
