This is the best Ibu has passed and pushed the transition all season. 2 really great dynamic passes that bypassed the midfield and pushed the the attack. As long as he doesn’t Chuckle Brother it’s been his best half of the season as a part of a team approach.

The thing I think everybody’s being naïve about is:
- #Mo Salah probably went to Virgil 1st.
-Virgil either told him he’d address it with the coach
-or virgil backed the coach & ignored the concerns of the squad
-or Virgil went to the coach & Arne blew him off
-or Mo blew off Virgil & Slot

I have not bought the Slot out arguments (most of which are nonsense) but this is bad for him.
Granted, nobody is bigger than the club, but it is a short walk from losing Mo to losing the whole dressing room. Plus, I love Mo, and I don’t want his story to end like this. It’s all sad.

I remember hearing a story from Modric that when he went to spurs he didn’t receive a pass from a teammate for 6 months bc he was always in these tight spaces and wasn’t open. He was open. The other 10 just didn’t realize how good he was for 6 months and to pass him the effin ball.
