Hi all!
My name is Emadeldin and I hold a bachelor of science majoring in biochemistry. I began my journey with bioinformatics and cheminformatics 6 months ago and I find it really interesting.
I am looking forward to learning from the community here.
Recently, I started learning the tools of microbial genomics and more into bacterial pathogens. I want to say that nothing beats command line tools. Online servers are a big help, but the amount of automation that can be done with a single shell script saves a lot of effort and time.
