This case specifically challenges a Mississippi law, allowing mail-in ballots to be counted as long as they are received within five business days after Election Day.

More than 30 states in the U.S. have similar laws.

SCOTUS taking this up before the 2026 midterms is….something.
The Supreme Court did grant review of one case today, Watson v. Republican National Committee, and it's a big one over state laws allowing the counting of ballots cast by Election Day but received after Election Day.

The campaign on behalf of those losing ACA subsidies (many in GOP states) is symbolic - it exposed the GOP in Congress as working for Trump's wealthy elite. It will lose them the people.

Medicare & Medicaid cuts and withholding SNAP payments as a weapon to get through their ACA plan will cost them
