i have to go through gamedev cycles where i'm working on my demo and then i start doing more and more precise and unnecessary stuff and then i have to dial it back and just focus on getting the demo out. and only then do i get stuff done

Every “free” file converter online = your files sent to some random server.

So I made my own. Runs locally as an app on Mac, Windows and Linux.

Now 1,100 users use it for 3,742 types of conversions.
