I've been wondering this since I started listening to audiobooks: are the recordings usually slowed down a bit or are the readers just talking slower so that everything sounds clear enough?

1. None if the previous showrunners are allowed even as guest writers.

I'm laughing so hard because of tonight's #DoctorWho episode. The first 45 minutes do their best to convince you it's the worst finale in all of NuWho. And then it just fucks with you twice and leaves you bewildered. Amazing stuff, both terrible and brilliant. This is what the show is all about.

Come on, we all know it's worse. There are two options, basically.
A. Fifteen bigenerates, Sixteen is not revealed unless S16 gets greenlit.
B. Fifteen just dies, Fourteen is the main Doctor now.

The second season of Chibnall Who (S12) is overall better than the previous one but it never quite holds the bar set by Spyfall 1. The Timeless Child is a fucking mess, obviously. I'm not even talking about the idea behind the retcon — it's the execution that's the weak spot here.
Watching the Chibnall era of Doctor Who (I dropped it at "It Takes You Away" the first time), and… why has no one ever mentioned that Spyfall pt 1 is an actually awesome episode that feels like proper doctorwhooing? Why was the Chibnall team playing dumb for a whole season before doing THIS?
