UFCW 367, Tacoma For All, & Tacoma DSA announced yesterday that they have jointly filed a lawsuit against Pierce County & The City of Tacoma. The lawsuit seeks immediate court intervention to restore initiative 2 to the Nov. ballot, ensuring that the democratic process is honored.
