Getting annoyed at people outside MCYT spaces not really understanding that AO3 treating the creators and their roleplay characters as synonymous is an issue. The name sharing is just a quirk of the genre. Imagine like Jon Ceaseless Watcher Sims from TMA being tagged as rpf of Jonny Sims the writer.

A phenomenon I’ve encountered in the wilds of the “Discover” tab is that someone posts about something they’re doing and just… tacks on a selfie? Like it isn’t even relevant most of the time, it’s just a random selfie on an unrelated post??? I feel like I’ve missed some trend, this can’t be normal.

They’re annoying bird-bug things, aren’t haunted (they only attack cause they’re assholes.)
Plus they take Hornet to court, where she’s promptly sentenced to execution for causing the apocalypse. They just got that whimsy to them.
