i know a lot about bullies and abusers. most importantly: your rest, confidence, and ability to organize and articulate is key. one of the most outrageous things about folks like this is that they will be loud and aggressive upfront, but that doesn’t last long especially when they’re challenged.

i have found so much support, understanding, and encouragement on tiktok. it’s a different support from other apps, because we talk to each other face-to-face. we could be very vulnerable with each other. i hope we can continue that type of connection. we will create a better world, no matter where.

not to be dramatic, but tiktok changed my life. it helped me learn about myself (i realized my autism and desire for t) it helped me grow myself (i learned about healthier relationships and nervous system/somatic work) and it helped me learn to heal (stopped blaming myself for getting treated badly)
