Did something big re: my self-acceptance and self-confidence journey today. I uploaded a video to my TikTok (2k-ish followers) where I actually *speak.* My voice is one of my biggest insecurities. 🤷🏻♂️ Talking to my phone still feels odd, though. I don’t know how successful influencers do it. 😳

CW: Weight loss. Newest achievement? 194.7 - that’s the number I saw on the scale today. 🙌🏻 Down a total of 105.2 lbs. now from my highest weight in 2023. No more blood pressure meds, no more high lab work numbers, etc. Y’all are probably tired of these posts. But, guess what? I’m not. 😂
