Yes and: Keating’s response is what real ally-ship looks like.
Is it really so hard to say that Republicans are referring to a woman as a man?

Just finished re-reading Ann Althouse’s classic “Standing, in Fluffy Slippers” for my Con Law class on Monday. Chills every time. More relevant today than ever.

From naming the department “DOGE” to the proposed pardon of George Floyd’s murderer, we are experiencing government-by-troll.

What an incredible day at Georgetown University Law Center celebrating the incomparable Robin West! I wouldn’t be the person or professor I am today without her or the other folks attending West Fest. Leaving DC inspired and full of gratitude (and ideas!).

Ohio Senate overrides DeWine vetoes on trans youth gender-affirming care and local tobacco bans - Oh...

The Martinsville school district paid Paul Clement $100,000 — not big for him, but no small sum for a school district — to convince the justices to take the bathroom ban case and uphold their ban. With today’s SCOTUS orders, he failed.

Supreme Court lets win stand for trans student in Indiana bathroom ban case
The order puts off Supreme Court review of the legality of such bans across the country.
