Yo I HATE that I can’t just discover a band and like their songs. Now I gotta self-produce a whole Netflix docuseries worth of proof they’re actually four dudes in Pennsylvania who have, in fact, started a band. Whatever streaming service outright bans AI music gets my money.

As much as I love Fire And Ash, it’s way to emotionally draining to vibe-watch like I did with Way Of Water. There’s no middle hour of just water and Payakan etc. it’s all so devastating. I’ll go a third time because I do love it but I leave it far less hopeful and optimistic.

If Stranger Things had been an adaptation of a book series a lot of its flaws would be overlooked, but in lieu of any medium restraints it’s needlessly indulgent and overwrought.
