Voodoo TACO received a great deal of “attention” at the Pride parade in Wichita on June 28. 😂

This excerpt from the June 18th edition of the Wichita Eagle discusses the downtown protests. While we may have our share of unconventional individuals, we undoubtedly had a significantly larger presence—perhaps a hundredfold—compared to theirs.

Doing my democracy thing today in Wichita, KS. My Orange Voodoo doll received several new “acupunctures” in route. I also knew that it was a pro-democracy rally as all of the signs were spelled correctly. 😁 Enjoy!

Say hello to the newest member of the family, Betty White; a name chosen for its inherent longevity. I’ve plans to perhaps take her around to area elementary schools as a rolling white board of sorts, and let the kids have at it. She could also serve as a mini camper. Thoughts?

Joules, a young lady with a keen interest in all things science, is a strip I conceived years ago, but it never happened. A joule is a unit of energy, so I thought the name apropos. Enjoy!

Shouldn't the word hysterectomy be spelled hersterectomy? It sure would be easier to remember. #wordplay

The buffalo nickel is actually one of the more famous misnomers (a term that refers to the use of a wrong or inappropriate name for something). The animal on the coin is a bison. The American bison, native to North America, is commonly misnamed "buffalo," but they are native to Africa and Asia. ©me
