It's crazy how good AI has gotten in fields I don't respect or know anything about. Still needs a lot of help in *my* area of expertise though.

I've been pretty vocal about my disdain for casino-adjacent video games and the systems in some games that encourage gambling (gacha, loot boxes, etc.) from a mostly subjective perspective, but man I'm so tired of gambling being normalized that I might turn this into a moral crusade

Always ask the question. Every story I’ve ever seen of someone curing their cancer using “alternative” therapies has a “also we did the normal stuff” subplot right beneath the surface.

Those punched out holes are literal bits. If you put a bucket under the chute to catch the chad, that would be a bit bucket. A term I've heard my whole life and didn't realize it was literal.
