Had kind of a weird conversation with someone today about life insurance then final expense insurance then prearranged funerals and he said, “really? You can do that?”
So I said, “Well, yeah, think about it… that’s their business. That’s what they sell.”
Probably not the best way to put it. 😳🙈

Plane was scheduled to depart at 7:22 pm CST.
Plane had a slashed tire that needed to be replaced 😳. Then, they finally boarded us. But guess what?! A chair is broken so that has to be fixed for some reason before we can leave. It is now 8:39 pm & we’re still waiting
Will we leave before 9:00 pm?

I had a conundrum last night. I had a box brownie mix but no pan to bake them in. (The apt in Spokane is minimally furnished.) I really thought I had an 8” square pan.
I had an 8” (I think) round springform pan. I buttered the heck out of it & baked it at a lower temp for longer & voila! Brownies 😍
