dear passengers, please stop being shocked by things during your travels that you could’ve learned about before your trip by simply reading your email or checking your airline’s website. educate yourself *before* the trip and you’ll have fewer surprises and a much better travel experience.

shopping for me is literally so easy. all i want for christmas is easy trips with long layovers and great crews, positive space first class seats for a year, and for passengers to stop poking flight attendants. that’s literally it.
