Ok so I'm back on social media... been a while. Mostly I left because I had a falling out with the Liberals and felt like I was better off spending time IRL. Over the summer I did a lot of walking, day trips with the fam, etc.

Spot the AI written headline... A human would have just used '' or "" ... AI will use unicode for obscure characters like "left single quote", "right single quote", or the ChatGPT favourite "emdash" ...

so NatPost is not only American trash, but it's now LLM American Trash too...

Um ... why are you in Ottawa at the Federal government to protest changes made by the Ontario Government?

Doesn't speak highly of their intelligence as professionals ....

Bit of a walk. Had T&T lunch at mall, met local ndp riding president, cool chap, might get involved.

After 19.4km I'm not that tired. Did 13 km to mall, had a break, then another 6km after.

The media must really miss scapegoating Trudeau for everything on the regular. Now that the PM is "one of them" it's hard to beat up on the government without exposing themselves as hypocrites.

Ever wonder why bigots don't just like get bored of their bigotry and grow out of it? Like it's one to be a misguided racist incel podcaster when you're 19 but like when you hit 30 it's just embarrassing mate.

We all know that ICE is violating human rights in the U.S.

But did you know a Canadian company is profiting off ICE? And that this same company has been ramping up its lobbying efforts?

Now, in my latest for @thetyee.ca, the government won't tell me if this is a red line for procurement:

Carney: Work isn't getting done so we need back-to-office to fix that NOW!!!!!

Also Carney: We can afford to reduce the public sector via attrition because uh .... all the work is getting done.

Reminder: Banks don't actually make or do anything tangible. So their "profits" are literally just siphoning money out of the economy causing inflation and all the side effects from wealth inequality.

@rachelgilmore.bsky.social nails it again seeing through the BS "Carney is playing Alberta" nonsense. www.youtube.com/shorts/kbQ6o...

If you ever were a progressive Liberal you really need to see Carney for who he is. A Conservative.
FN Chiefs reject Carney's deal with Alberta (and Alberta is already picking a new fight with Ottawa)
