According to an interview between Brian Tyler Cohen & Sen Padilla, the Senator was actually accompanied by federal agents. They escorted him to the conference. So Noem's proud boys ignored them, and just acted with complete hubris in jumping Sen Padilla.
This was DISGRACEFUL! Noem & her proud boys needs to be charged with assault on a member of Congress. I'm SICK of seeing their hubris, and them getting away with it.
