Is public health no longer valued? Do the folks dismantling (underfunded!) infrastructure think such actions will make the US safer? More prosperous? I don’t understand the logic.

1. Why is Walgreens closing so many stores? There are more than 8 people ahead of me in line to pick up prescription medications. I’m overhearing conversations where customers are told via text that their prescription is ready only to be told the medication is out of stock.

I’m feeling pretty proud of fitting a 3-seat wicker sofa, a 2-seat upholstered sleeper sofa, and a large wicker chair in my Odyssey so I can contribute to my first born’s first apartment.

I want a means to connect with folks. I was introduced to FB by a friend from college whose description included the analogy “a virtual water cooler”. As a lonesome telecommuter, I appreciated a means for virtual connection. I hope bsky can serve a similar purpose.
