Despite never really enjoying FFVIII compared to most other entries in the franchise, I have the Platinum for it now. 2025 was odd.

Despite never really enjoying FFVIII compared to most other entries in the franchise, I have the Platinum for it now. 2025 was odd.
I haven't watched Stranger Things since season 2 so I have no horse in this race, but seeing people convinced there's going to be a secret extra ep just reminds me of when Sherlock ended so badly, people were convinced there had to be another secret ep with "the real" ending. History repeating.

Small thing but the Final Fantasy nerd in me appreciates that the newer reprints of the Final Fantasy set corrected the spelling on the Luca Stadium card (left), compared to the typo in the original run (Luka Stadium on the right). Also fun to have a copy of both.

Some years ago, I lost an hour to Daylight Savings when the clocks moved forward while I was at PAX East in Boston. As an Arizonan, I never got that hour back. That changes tonight because I'm in Las Vegas for the @dimension20.bsky.social live show so I'll finally get my hour back from the universe!

Well this was interesting. Opened a #MTGxSpiderMan bundle today & noticed SOME of the rares/mythics (including a 2nd Soul Stone) were missing their little holofoil stickers at the bottom. Didn't see any signs of tampering so I'm hoping it's just a misprint? I've put in a ticket with WotC support.

Got my first Hades 2 clear on night 34 (which I think is around the same place as Hades 1) in my very first run with the 6th Nocturnal Arms weapon. Immediately followed it up with another success with maybe my least favorite of the weapons (Witch's Staff). Supegiant remains great!

Wizards/ Magic: The Gathering really came out of nowhere in 2025 and said we're taking all of Trevor's money.
Been enjoying a week off work and can't wait for it to really kick into high gear tomorrow (and then throughout the weekend) with some Hades 2.
