after a solid two months of tinkering, I have finally finished our hex map for pathfinder night. I can almost smell the character deaths on the breeze

it is the only, bar none, story which has ever given me a convincing and unassailable reason to live, without once indulging my decisions (terrible), my principles (hypocritical) or pretending everything is fine (it isn't)

whenever I am drafting a new book there is a gollum version of me that sits in my head like "yes, precious, the world has WRONGED you /gollum/ you are the only one who SEES it for what it is precious" and I say yes you are correct brain gollum the world must hear my opinions

... But if we don't knit proper safety gear for the cats how will they find jobs?
