Based on an unused Decepticon deco for Quickswitch, "Killswitch" appears in the story "Of Masters and Mayhem," later being inducted into the Six Clan, getting his name changed to "Hexadeathimal."

Originally pitched for the Universe 2003 toyline, Universe Menasor was ultimately canceled, also having been changed from Motormaster into Menasor for trademark reasons, and was going to be a Machine Wars Optimus Redeco

The "Legacy World," described by the Takaratomy online toy bios, is a mysterious reality that pulls random denizens of other worlds in. The "amalgam effect" is a nebulous property of this world, responsible for the redesigns some characters get.

The Roller car was a non transforming vehicle included with Generation 1 Motormaster/Menasor that would make up the chest armor

Media both then and now would largely ignore the Roller car, Blackjack from Combiner wars homaging it later down the line

Released in the Platinum Edition banner were two redecoes of Generation 1 Blitzwing and Astrotrain, in odd colors with no confirmed origins. Most common theories are that Blitzwing is based on Flywheels, whilst Astrotrain is derived from Machtackle.

While known as a cassette, Ratbat has been shown to have a background as a full bodied Cybertronian. First seen in Dreamwave, it had more popularity in IDW2005. Ratbat being a full Cybertronian was also seen in Transtech.

An alternate head for Combiner Wars rook was included in the mold, intended to eventually become a new Ironfist, renamed to "Ironclad," but this plan fell through, Ironclad even becoming a separate character later on

The "Electric Train and Battle Set" was an item released in 1985, a set containing a playmap, multitple small Autobot and Decepticon figurines, and 4 train cars which can transform.

The box set given out at Botcon 2006 was a set featuring the main Beast Wars Maximal cast in pre beast mode forms, several other figures during that Botcon doing the same.

Croaton, a Titan from Cyberverse, is likely named after "Croatoan," the word carved on a palisade during the "mysterious" disappearance of the Roanake colony settlers, further referenced by the denizens of Croatons city mode being kidnapped by the Quintessons.

Autobot Toxin was created due to Chromedome being drawn to appear in a scene where he logically would not have been present in, colorist Josh Burcham would give the character new colors, the character later named "Toxin"

Shattered Glass (2019) Sixshot almost immediately dies once he appears. This is most likely a joke based on the idea that a Decepticon normally known for being unstoppable would be reduced to a disposable goon in an inverse Universe.

"Age of the Primes" Prima Prime is largely based on the "Covenant of Primus" design, however, the head specifically is based on the "Powerful Robot" from G1, who was later retconned to be Prima by the Allspark Almanac II.
