So going forward, because of this settlement, you are going to have MAGAs shrieking at you—for years—telling you that not only has Trump never raped anyone, but a media outlet that said otherwise was found to have defamed Trump in saying so.

It occurs to me that, for all that criminal defendants have been complaining about their prosecutors and the police for decades and decades—on occasion understandably, but also often not—this may be the first time in American history a powerful convict has been unleashed to live out his fantasies.

To ensure he can keep taking bribes and not reveal any of his donors, foreign or domestic, Trump has refused to sign a very basic ethics document that would allow his transition to proceed as normal.

I think most Americans don't realize how much this endangers all of us, and media is not saying it.
