It's been a day... Spent most of the morning at the neurologist having some recent developments checked out - bonus: she said my walk is still pretty good. Then a haircut and a gift of a purple conditioning rinse. Hope it falls somewhere between can't tell and Mrs. Slocombe. IYKYK

Last night – or was it really early this morning? Week’s been weird – I was listening to the recording (because #Parkinson’s) of a brief interview I did for a light feature story and I had a revelation. When I’m cranked out on stress, the cadence of my voice sounds like Michael J Fox did in 2020.👀

Pro tip: Your local paper’s editorial page is under no obligation to agree with you – especially if they run a local conservative columnist who agrees with your agenda. Some liberal folks do also read the paper & deserve to have their opinions reflected there, too. Don’t like it? Write a letter.

I’m not sure if all senior public housing is the same – I certainly hope not. I live here mainly because of my Parkinson’s, but some of the ladies here are viscous, especially some of the churchy ones. I call one flock of them The Attack of the Killer Christians and they just got a neighbor 1/5
