Probably. It just makes me sad how quickly young players get written off when their inclusion can really help get fanbase behind a team. Clearly everyone knew Hoddle was going to be special but Kane, King, Carr, Campbell (😬) all were kinda thrown in through necessity and went on to be greats.

Whereas we came 17th (after sacking off the league due to injuries to preserve Cuti/VDV for the UEL);
Whereas #THFC need defensive solidity;

Just watched the compilation of all Richy’s 2025 goals, and it’s striking how after every goal in the Ange season the commentator says “that’s his first goal since being back from injury”… So pleased for him that he has had a solid run this season (TEI talked about this the other day).
