Yeah, but can Webflow AI Site Builder make me a detailed Dev Notes page in my project explaining all the custom integrations and code needed to make a modern marketing site function???

I had a quick play with Webflow's Beta AI Site Builder and shared some off the cuff thoughts on Twitter. Mirroring those here with Kortex for visibility until there's a proper home for my musings.

Build a @webflow project without native affordances you say? No native navigation, no native dropdowns, or sliders, or tabs you say?

Don't threaten me with a good time!
Hmmmm somehow "I should publish a blog post" became spinning up a blog which became overhauling my portfolio which mutated into reinventing my entire professional identity which is now peaking in the total annihilation of everything to rebuild it and honestly this is fine.

I used to have this underlying feeling that I was approval/validation seeking when sharing ideas. Now, I view this more like 'pressure testing.'

And tbh, not everyone is good for this. Some are incredibly skilled at building artificially unsolvable roadblocks—shutting ideas down before ever trying.

There's much to be said for showing what intrigues you. People welcome you into their worlds when they sense genuine interest.

Feeling stuck? Just pick something. I've found when you immerse yourself in that spark of curiosity, unexpected resonance and serendipity often follow.

I occasionally round up recent Webflow updates to keep the people I work with in the loop, just stuff that might help things run a bit smoother and open up opportunities for training or deeper discussions.

If your Webflow forms suddenly have extra spacing, it's likely from injected Turnstile elements (Webflow forms bot blocking).

Here's why:
• Bot blocking is enabled
• Turnstile runs post-page load
• Injects hidden inputs in divs
• Causes extra spacing if using flex/grid + gap

Here's how to fix it:

Processing deeply is a strength, not a delay. Momentum builds in your mind long before it appears in action. Trust the process; it’s working even when it feels slow.
