Great to attend the Firms and Inclusive Growth Workshop organised by Paula López-Peña and Henry Schneider . A great set of presenters and discussions, and a lot of useful feedback on our paper.

This paper uses video vignettes to identify managerial archetypes, finding firms consistently prefer “authoritative” managers for entry-level roles—highlighting implications for labor market inclusion and managerial training. Really neat stuff!
