Saw someone talk about dippy eggs with soldiers a few days ago. I bought all the egg accessories just for this meal. First time soft boiling eggs. I struggled a little with the egg topper but it worked out. Eating the egg out of the shell with a mini spoon felt very sophisticated

Made poached eggs for the first time ever today. They turned out much better (and was much easier) than I expected. I can literally only cook egg meals in my 40s but even so it feels good to expand. Breakfast is and always will be my favorite

Been having a difficult time lately. About to start len's island. Have had on my wishlist for a bit and picked up recently. Cozy open world survival crafting/farming genre is pretty saturated now, but I like the art style and arpg dungeon crawling seems like a nice spin.
