A couple of weeks ago some absolute knobheads thought it would be clever to burn down part of our local athletics facility. Par Track is community owned and massively important to the area. It is used every single day by people of all ages. Big love if you can chip in a couple of quid. 🙌🏻❤️

Yesterday’s Newquay Championships marked the end of a memorable gig rowing season. A great 2nd place in our first round race, followed by a hard-fought 4th in the quarter finals. Ready for some time away from the boat, but so proud to have rowed with this brilliant young (annoyingly young!) crew.
