Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) says he'll vote to overturn Trump's Canada tariffs this week. “We have a trade agreement with them, and I don’t like how the White House has treated our neighbor and ally." Only 2 more R votes (and there appear to be more than that) are needed to overturn the tariffs.
