beauty standards are insane because why is it everytime I draw character who is skinny but doesn't have a completely flat stomach they're called fat or chubby 😭 there's nothing wrong with with being fat, but THIS IS NOT FAT TO ME IM SORRY 😭

I really do think people need to realize the only important relationships aren't just family and romantic relationships. Hell, even platonic ones. Just because someone isn't my friend doesn't mean they aren't important to me. Humans are far too complicated to narrow down to only three types of love

Hello all, my big fat stupid motorcycle that I love has racked up a $2000 vet bill, but since FanFest season is rapidly approaching I figure I can cushion a bit of the blow by perhaps doing art for folks looking to get stickers & stuff made, I set up a commissions page over at ko-fi.com/coelasquid

omg bruh, I ran out of space and the lack of emojis make this read so srs bruh
i feel really bad for drawing a bunch of vtuber fanart just to drop off the earth (again) but I always take suspension/graduations hard because the community explodes and I cannot handle it mentally. I was even afraid of making this post because I don't want people to take it as me being dramatic.

talking to my bestie about this but it does frustrate me how much non-visual art gets shoved under the rug and ignored on socmed as compared to visual art. yes, as visual artists we do things that are more instantly "grabby", but both mediums coincide. they rely on one another, even.
