I've had a great run since 2020, being able to help with so many different events within the community. I've gotten to a point where life has gotten so busy, and the scene has gotten even busier. I believe my time has come to start moving away from online events to focus on life 🧵

When this happened, there was so much panic behind the scenes that never saw the public eye. Many TOs no longer felt safe running their events, knowing that there was intentional harm done to try and attack the SSC, that does all of its volunteer work to help in keeping the scene safer, and TOs.
Worth noting that splatsafety was doxxed and the resulting doxx was circulated as a result of this case. The backlash against splatsafety is conveniently memory holed now but it was intense and quite serious.

TOs have every right to DQ you whenever they see it appropriate.
I thought the community was upset how all the TOs just followed what Splat Safety did, so you all just wanted TOs to be able to do it on the fly. This is that alternative, absolute authority within their realms.
