I've been trying to avoid naps so I can sleep earlier lately,,,,
Now I get deadly tired around 8 pm but still refuse to sleep until it's 2 am because I'm missing homework or dailies. I'm really bad at this

I was so locked in while working on my homework that I forgot to swallow and choked. This is why I cannot focus on anything for longer than a minute, it's life-threatening orz
